Meet Carlos Martinez.
Our attorney, Carlos Martinez, focuses on immigration and traffic accidents. We can help with issues related to these areas, including the interaction between them, such as the case of a DUI or other criminal charge and its effect on your immigration proceedings.
Carlos also has a diverse working experience. He has been a U.S. Marine and before he went to law school and began LTI LAW, APC, he worked for the San Diego Padres Major League Baseball club. In that role, he travelled extensively throughout Latin America working with baseball players and other aspects of the business of baseball. It also means he understands many of the complexities of immigration law as it applies to individuals and their families from these countries.
Attorney Martinez's Background.
Carlos M. Martinez is a member of the California State Bar since 2012. He was born in Brooklyn, New York from immigrant mother, from Manabí, Ecuador and his father was from Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. After graduating High School, Carlos joined the Marine Corps, where served in the United States Marine Corp from 1988 to 1992 where he served in Okinawa, Japan, Camp Pendleton, Oceanside, California and Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii.
Attorney Martinez also did a tour in a combat theatre during Operation Desert Shield & Desert Storm in 1990 to 1991, in Saudi Arabia for the liberation of Kuwait. He was attached to 1st Marine Expedition Force, First Service Support Group, 7th Engineer Support Battalion. After completion of his service to his country, Carlos went on to earn various college degrees.
